I have been to Brazil a couple of times in the last few years, and have got to know a few people there up in the north east.

Sao Paulo
There are a lot of things to be seen, the wildlife is particularly interesting

Ameiva ameiva a 30cm predator
When he is around, in the middle of the day all the other lesser lizards take a break, lest they end up as his lunch.

A regular lizard about 18 to 20cm
Lizards are really great, they eat ants and cockroaches which are the biggest nuisance out there.

Tarantula
This one was in the kitchen one evening, legs are about 10cm long.

Vultures
Balck vultures and Turkey vultures abound and do a lot of cleaning up.
